Hyatt Centric Victoria Harbour

The food, from breakfast, cocktail hour and dinner was excellent quality with friendly staff. Our room had a view across the harbour which was unexpected. The photos don't do the rooftop pool any justice - it was spacious, amazing views all time of the day/night.

Everything Location: just a 3 minute walk to North Point MTR station (island line). Also, taxis are always at the entrance of the hotel. Many shops, restaurants, supermarkets are within 5 minutes walk, plus there is a mall right next to the hotel, Starbucks on the ground floor and 2 711 just around the corner. Facilities: Very modern and luxurious hotel. Rooftop pool open 6:30am to 10pm with amazing HK views. A lot of restaurants on the second floor and although we did not visit them, we could tell they were popular as there were busy. Room: Room had everything we needed, even Nespresso coffee machine. A really cool AI device where you can ask for hotel or city info, and it plays music on demand, short of like an Alexa. Through that, you can even ask for extra amenities from the reception, which are brought to your door within minutes. Nice view of Victoria Harbor. In general, the room gave us the feeling we are staying at a very luxurious and expensive hotel. Staff: Everyone we encounter was amazing. Check in and out was done very fast, housekeeping were super sweet and polite (even emailed us just an hour after check out that we forgot something in our room), concierge very helpful with both luggage storage and helping with taxis. We are very seasoned travelers, and tbh it’s probably our first time we have such a great overall experience, where we cannot think of even the tiniest negative to say about a stay.

Lovely hotel well located very close to North Point MTR (exit A2). Great room with lovely view across Victoria Harbour and we enjoyed the rooftop pool too. If you look around there's some good local food options in North Point; Wan Chair is a short tram ride away. Noon checkout is generous too. Coffee pod machine in the room and a big bottle of water each person each day.

We had a wonderful stay at the Hyatt Centric. The location is fantastic and the hotel is full of facilities (restaurants, rooftop bar, pool, beautiful views, and more) but what makes it special is the people. We felt treated so well as a family, and would definitely be staying here again next time we are in HKG. A special mention goes to concierge staff Hinson and Kingsley and cleaners Mandy and Jacky, and everybody else who went out their way to look after us and who we interacted with. Everyone works really hard and made the stay with our two-year-old so very special. We can’t wait to be back in HKG. Thank you, Team Hyatt Centric!

. The view from our room of the habour was a pleasure to wake up to . The selection for breakfast very good and they had smoked salmon which mean't i could hopefully have it with poached eggs , but that didn't go to plan :(. The steak restaurant had amazing views , great food and the staff were excellent
